Using the Modern System Sari website and placing an order means you accept the following terms.
1. Orders
An order is final after successful payment or once a card transfer is confirmed. The final price is the amount shown when the order was placed.
2. Prices and currency
All prices are recorded and settled in Toman. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate and for guidance only.
3. Stock
If an item unexpectedly runs out, we will contact you and refund the full amount you paid.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may change during holidays or special circumstances.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We will never ask for your password.
6. Changes
Modern System Sari may update these terms; the new version applies from the moment it is published on this page.
