• Orders in Sari are usually delivered the same or the next working day.
• Shipping to other cities by post or courier takes 2 to 4 working days.
• You can also pick up your order at our store on Imam Reza Blvd.

Warranty

• The warranty of each item is shown on its product page.
• To use the warranty, bring the item and invoice to the store or call us.

Returns

• Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Faulty items are inspected and replaced or repaired under the warranty terms.
